When is my order confirmed?

You will receive an order confirmation after checkout. Orders remain subject to payment authorization, fraud review, inventory availability, and final acceptance.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Contact Customer Care as soon as possible. Changes cannot be guaranteed after warehouse processing or shipment begins.

Is checkout secure?

Checkout operates through Shopify and participating payment providers. Payment availability can depend on location, currency, device, and enabled services.

How long does delivery take?

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery within the contiguous United States is generally estimated at 5–12 business days after dispatch.

How do I track my order?

When tracking is available, it is sent to the email address used at checkout after dispatch. Allow up to 48 hours for the first carrier scan to appear.

Returns & Warranty

What is the return window?

You may request an authorized return within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. Review the Return & Refund Policy for eligibility and instructions.

What does the warranty cover?

Eligible products include a 2-year limited warranty against covered defects in materials and workmanship. Consumables, normal wear, misuse, accidental damage, and unauthorized modification are excluded.
