Terms and Conditions

Commercial terms applying when you purchase PeamdXe™ products through peamdxe.com.

Last updated: July 30, 2026

1. Agreement and scope

These Terms and Conditions govern purchases made through peamdxe.com and form part of the agreement between PeamdXe™ and the customer.

By submitting an order, you agree to these terms and the policies incorporated by reference, including the Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, and applicable warranty terms.

2. Product information

We work to present product descriptions, specifications, images, pricing, and availability accurately.

Display settings, lighting, manufacturing tolerances, and product improvements may result in minor differences. Actual product experience may vary according to product use, conditions, maintenance, and other relevant circumstances.

PeamdXe™ children's puzzles are consumer products and are not medical devices. Product information is not medical advice and does not replace diagnosis, treatment, or professional care.

3. Orders and acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not by itself guarantee acceptance.

We may verify payment, identity, address, inventory, purchase quantity, or suspected fraud before accepting an order.

Orders may be refused, limited, or canceled for payment failure, inventory issues, pricing or content errors, suspected fraud, unauthorized resale, sanctions, export restrictions, or other lawful reasons.

If a canceled order has already been charged, an appropriate refund will be issued.

4. Pricing, taxes, and payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the store and may change prospectively without notice.

Applicable discounts, shipping charges, taxes, and the final total are displayed before an order is submitted.

You represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Banks and payment providers control authorization holds, foreign-exchange fees, and posting times.

5. Promotions

Promotions may include eligibility, product, quantity, timing, territory, or redemption limits.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional codes cannot be combined, redeemed for cash, or applied retroactively. Promotions may be modified or ended as permitted by law.

6. Shipping, risk, and returns

Processing, delivery, returns, refunds, and cancellations are governed by the corresponding published policies.

Ownership and risk of loss transfer as determined by applicable law and the delivery terms presented during checkout.

7. Limited warranty

Eligible PeamdXe™ products include a 2-year limited warranty against covered defects in materials and workmanship, subject to the warranty terms supplied with the product.

The warranty does not cover consumables, normal wear, cosmetic damage, misuse, improper maintenance, accidents, unauthorized modification, or use contrary to instructions.

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

8. Proper use

Customers are responsible for assembly where applicable, product compatibility, cleaning, component replacement, supervision, and use in accordance with the applicable product instructions.

Stop using a product where appropriate if it appears damaged or otherwise functions abnormally, and follow the applicable product or Customer Care guidance.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PeamdXe™ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of use, data, revenue, or profit arising from a purchase or product use.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim unless applicable law requires otherwise.

10. Governing principles and severability

These terms are interpreted under applicable law without limiting mandatory consumer protections.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision does not constitute a waiver.

11. Changes

These terms may be updated prospectively. The version in effect when an order is accepted generally governs that transaction unless a change is required by law.
